If your vehicle is drivable your insurance company may request you take it to a drive-in claims location for an estimate. This is ok, and may speed up the process as opposed to waiting on an estimator to come look at your vehicle. You can then take your vehicle to a certified collision center of your choice. ? Choose a shop that has uni-body repair equipment and certified technicians. ? Never be fooled by a lower estimate. Many times it is simply because not all needed repairs or parts are listed. |

If needed call 911 (for emergency assistance). - 2. Identify yourself to other involved parties.
- 3. It is best not to discuss the accident, claim responsibility
or admit fault with anyone except the police and your insurance company. - 4. Notify the police and fill out the proper forms and/or accident reports.
